I highly recommend staying here! Amazing stay! Great location, the apartment was spacious, clean, and had a great rooftop pool! It’s close to everything , there’s an Oxxo and 7/11 around the corner. Would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!

Maison très agréable dans un environnement de qualité. La piscine était vraiment super, la salle de sport aussi, et la végétation autour très agréable. Communication fluide et facile. Le tout est à 10 minutes de voiture du centre de Tulum. On recommande vivement !

Staying at Santiago’s place in Tankah Bay was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up, and the location is hard to beat. Waking up here and spending time in this little slice of paradise was something really special. Our host was wonderful. Responsive, kind, and respectful of privacy while still making sure everything was perfect. I honestly loved this place so much I didn’t want to leave, and that says everything. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a tranquil, unforgettable stay in Tankah Bay.

This place was perfect. Easy to get around town on a moped and great places to hang out at night down the street. The pool upstairs was great to hang out and chill during the day.

Loved this unit - the host was super responsive and helpful. Very thankful for late checkout and assistance with other things. The private terrace with pool is amazing. We enjoyed it a lot. 5 mins walk to Calle 7 (the place to be in La Veleta) Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Villa Aqua was absolutely incredible! The villa was gorgeous — exactly how I pictured it. It was beautifully maintained, spotless, spacious, and located in a very safe and peaceful area. Everything about the property exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Eunice, who arranged our concierge service — she was caring, attentive, and incredibly dependable. She truly made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Shoutout as well to Alex, Johnny, and the rest of the amazing team for their kindness and attention to detail. We were so impressed by everything and can’t wait to come back to Villa Aqua soon! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Our host was incredible and super responsive. The place is perfect. Start your day with a coffee on your balcony overlooking the ocean. Take the elevator down to the beach each morning. Use the provided kayaks and go snorkel the reef just out front. See reef sharks, turtles, stingrays and a plethora of fish. Close cenote (Manati) - a 4 min walk. The road into the Airbnb is a bumpy dirt road (for now), so if you’re renting a car, it’s advised to get a Jeep or SUV. We made it work with a small sedan, but I’m sure they’ll pave it soon. Honestly the perfect stay and I can’t recommend it enough. Make sure to go to Bespoke for meals/drinks (best by far - we went 8 times in 6 days…), Umbal is great too. All on the same street/within walking distance.

Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. It was very accessible with little traffic and lots of parking. Our host was quickly responsive to any issues that arose. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Tulum!

We booked this condo as a getaway to explore Tulum. We loved that there were walkable restaurants nearby. The location was outside of Tulum which we wanted. The condo was nicely equipped, had a beautiful balcony, & the view picturesque. We had everything we needed & liked the amenities. We took out the kayaks one day. The pool was refreshing & the rooftop with the hot tub was beautiful too. I highly recommend getting a rental vehicle. It was nice to drive to places to eat & we visited other cities close by. We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. Great value.
