Gran lugar para quedarte en Tulum si no quieres estar en la zona de fiesta. El depa está nuevo, todo super limpio y exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Solo se percibe un leve olor en las coladeras de los baños y el agua sale un poco salada en las regaderas :s Si no eres picky, no molestará. Todo lo demás increíble: no hay ruido en los edificios, gym bien equipado, seguridad, taxis en la puerta... 10/10 :)

I would 100% stay here again! What a great location and a beautiful space inside. I stayed for a week and I love it. The location is amazing, 5 min walk to the beach, right by Arena and Papaya, so you’re central to all fun stuff at the beach strip. Anyone visiting Tulum for the first time should be aware that the more affordable restaurants are in town though (Tulum Centro), but the AirBnB has an adequate kitchen to cut down on eating out every meal. The rooftop pool, especially at Building D, was so nice and always had people lounging and hanging out, so this is a great spot to meet people as well. The other buildings’ rooftop pools are quieter, and the entire condo complex is so well maintained. I’m already looking forward to coming back here again!!
