Enjoy peace and comfort in this gorgeous new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom master suite. Modern design and functionality, this spacious suite is located on the second level bringing in lots of natural light. The kitchen comes with lots of countertop space and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. The covered outdoor dining space is a great place to enjoy meals together. The terrace also has lounge chairs and a hammock making it a great place to relax. The living room has plenty of couch space and a smart TV with applications such as Netflix. The suite is also equipped with high speed fibre optic wifi (fast download and upload speeds) as well as powerful air conditioning. Each bedroom has comfortable Queen beds, powerful air conditioning, ceiling fans, and black out curtains for a superior sleeping experience. There’s also plenty of closet and storage space in each bedroom and walk out access to the terrace. Each bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom with a beautiful mosaic shower. Clean linens and towels are provided during your stay. This space is great for all types of travellers including families, groups with children, business travellers, friends, and nomads. • Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am, please be respectful of the neighbours. • Do not use towels to remove makeup - extra cleaning damage fee will apply. • No smoking inside allowed; You must smoke outside. There is an extra $300 charge for smoke cleanup. • No parties, events or gatherings - no exceptions. • No additional guests unless approved by the host in advance. The total number of guests in the apartment must be the one described on your booking. • An extra charge of $50 will be applied in case any of the keys are lost. • Any other damage fee will be charged based on cost of repair/replacement of the damaged item.

Neighborhood
La Veleta is one of the best places to stay in Tulum. Located about a kilometer from downtown/centro, this emerging residential and tourism district is ideal for exploring. This is an up-and-coming section of Tulum that is local and inviting.
Guest Access
We are located on a quiet street in La Veleta. The best options for transportation are taxi, car rental, scooter or motorcycle, or bicycle (we can provide recommendations for all). There is free, but limited parking spaces available in front of the building. Nearby free street parking is also available.
Find us
Car and scooter rentals are popular in Tulum. Taxis are also readily available to bring you around. Many guests like to explore on bikes. Walking is safe during the day and is also an excellent way to explore the neighbourhood.
