The Kaoba apartment was a beautiful apartment, well done and in a serene setting yet with a few walkable restaurants with equally beautiful settings. A great alternative to staying in the busy Tulum hotel beach strip if you are looking for something nice but more secluded. Easy access to a great cenote and the northern attractions. The Origin hosts were super proactive and responsive.

House was beautiful, a lot of construction going on pretty quiet till 9 am , it dint bothered us that’s the time we usually left to do activities. Loved the place.

We only had a quick stay in Tulum and we are so grateful to have found such a great spot! Santiago was genuinely one of the best hosts. He was quick to respond whenever we had questions and gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations that we never would've found on our own. It's clear he knows and loves the area. The condo, beautiful plants, and outdoor pool area were stunning and peaceful. It's clear that a lot of love went into the design of the building. There is also a neighborhood cenote down the road that is incredible. We will definitely be back.

KAOBA provided a fantastic home base for our trip to Tulum and Yucatán. You can explore cenotes, ruins, beaches, restaurants and beachclubs and come back feeling at home. The unit was furnished with comfortable beds and the bedrooms and shared areas were spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with essentials. The balconies had expansive views of the ocean and the jungle. The roof was great for dinners with a pizza oven and grill, and a rooftop pool. The beach lounge areas were full of native plants and flowers and the beach beds were comfortable. KAOBA was secluded and a short drive away to the hotel zone, Tulum center, and the grocer La Comer. Minutes down the street by foot, there are Michelin guide restaurants like Umbal. It was special to walk 3 mins to Cenote Manati and swim in blue water with the resident crocodile (don’t worry she’s friendly!) Santiago and the team at KAOBA were friendly, helpful and available to give us local tips. We can't wait to come back!

Excelente ubicación. Cerca de estaciones de metrobus y metro. El dpto está en un 4 piso. Se accede posterior a registrarse con el guardia que están siempre pendientes de abrir. el elevador funciona super bien. El interior es muy agradable, la sala es cómoda y la tv tiene algunas apps para usar. yo con YouTube me la llevo relax. la cocina contaba con los utensilios básicos, el comedor está completo y me gustó que cuenta con dos balcones que se pueden usar en las noches para un platica amena. dos baños completos. sin malos olores, con agua caliente. La recamara es amplia, el colchon no es súper nuevo pero no está incómodo 8 de 10. almohadas sencillas pero cómodas. Contaba con edredón extra. es necesario usar la persianas ya que un tramo es cristal. y si entra mucha luz. El ruido es tolerable, en el día es mayor pero no es molesto. Sin duda un gran lugar. Volvería sin pensarlo. La comunicación con Origin fue de maravilla.

We stayed at this condo in Tulum for 10 days and overall had a great experience. The unit was very clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures, which made settling in easy and comfortable. It had plenty of room to relax and made for a great home base during our stay. The location was also great—within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and bars, which made it easy to go out in the evenings. A car or scooter is required to get to the beach, but we were aware of that beforehand so it wasn’t an issue for us. One thing we really appreciated was how responsive the host was. There was a small issue with the pool during our stay, but the host replied quickly and had someone take care of it in less than an hour. That level of responsiveness definitely stood out. If there was one small area for improvement, it would be the kitchen setup. It could be a bit better equipped with basics like dish cloths and some simple cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, or other spices. Th

The apartment was really great, we appreciated the kitchen and there was a super-comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the pool which was just in front of our apartment, I would definitely recommend staying here! Also, you can use the gym, which I also highly recommend 😊 The location is just 400 meters from super-aki, where you can buy anything and it is around 1 km away from the center, which is a nice walk. The price is also really affordable, considering you can save money when you cook 🧑‍🍳 We really enjoyed our stay here!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Tulum. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. The pool was great, and the whole property looked really badass with the mirrored rooms surrounded by big trees, such a cool vibe. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the hosts explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth. The WiFi worked great the entire time. It’s also just a short drive to the strip and the beach, so the location is very convenient. The stay was quiet and peaceful, exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Tulum and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely PH. It actually is three units so each has its own kitchenette and acts I assume as lock-offs for the owner. so there is ample separate spaces if traveling with a group that may require that. Very peaceful and lovely jungle views. The position of the open rooftop and pool, soaked up the sun all day and made for a very enjoyable space.

My mother, sister and I had an amazing time staying at this lovely 2 bedroom! We were in Tulum for a wedding, and most of the guests were staying at Holistika, which made this location optimal for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the outdoor space. The extra half bath was also very useful for us, and there was plenty of room for three! The host was very communicative and responsive, and we were able to take advantage of the shuttle service as well (would definitely recommend for ease). Overall loved the stay and would recommend!!
