Both bedrooms are furnished with plush foam Mattresses and high quality linens and towels. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, lots of closet space, extra pillows and blankets and a full length mirror. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, spacious closet and extra pillows and blankets. Both rooms have room darkening roller shades. The second bathroom has a massive walk-in shower. The living room has a comfortable couch, with a large flatscreen TV that comes with applications like Netflix and Youtube. There is also a Chromecast that allows you to stream your favourite content from your phone or laptop. The suite also comes equipped with unlimited high speed Bell Fibe internet. In the kitchen, we offer a Nespresso coffee maker and a French Press with coffee, tea, kettle, as well as basic condiments and spices. All top of the line appliances including a dishwasher, ensuite washer and dryer. The wrap around balcony shows an impressive view of the city, and since it is slightly west of downtown, the skyline view is stunning! Free designated parking for one vehicle is available is also available.

There is an extra $300 charge for smoke cleanup. • No parties, events or gatherings - no exceptions. • No additional guests unless approved by the host in advance. The total number of guests in the apartment must be the one described on your booking. • An extra charge of $250 will be applied in case any of the keys/fob/parking remote are lost. • Any other damage fee will be charged based on cost of repair/replacement of the damaged item.
