This secluded villa is located close to Tulum Beach tucked away on a private road surrounded by the jungle. The house has large glass sliding doors in the living room that open up to an indoor/outdoor space for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Tulum jungle. Walk out the the private pool where you can cool down with a swim and tan on the loungers in the Caribbean sun. The house spans 3 floors - the ground floor has an open concept dining and living room, with a dining table for 8 as well as a kitchen bar. Gas range and an oven, perfect for cooking meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a flat screen smart TV with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Youtube. The house also has amazing Starlink wifi throughout. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite bathroom and glass walk in shower. One bedroom with a King bed and the other with two Queen beds for guest preferences. There is a large capacity washer and a dryer in the house as well for guests to use during their stay. The third level of the house has the master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a huge bathtub. The house has lots of natural light on all levels and in all rooms. There is also air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, hot and cold water, soaps and bathroom amenities, and free gated parking in front of the house for 2 vehicles.

The house is located in the jungle and getting to the house is through gravel roads that are not paved, the roads are uneven and you must travel to the house in a vehicle or motorcycle. If you are renting a car, it is recommended to rent an elevated vehicle.
