• Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, please be respectful of the neighbours. • Do not use towels to remove makeup - extra cleaning damage fee will apply. • No smoking inside allowed; please do no tamper with the smoke alarm as it is against the law. There is an extra $300 charge for smoke cleanup. • No parties, events or gatherings - no exceptions. • No additional guests unless approved by the host in advance. The total number of guests in the apartment must be the one described on your booking. • An extra charge of $250 will be applied in case any of the keys remote are lost. • Any other damage fee will be charged based on cost of repair/replacement of the damaged item.
