The condo is located in the best zone in “TULUM 101”, a close gated community just off the main Coba avenue and is closest to the beach with direct access. The location is great with easy access to the beach, the Jaguar National Park and downtown. The condo is a very cozy three-bedroom, with warm light, high-end finishes and Japandi style, high-speed wifi, AC, and hot and cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances such as a refrigerator, electric stovetop, high-end toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. Lots of cookware, plates and utensils. There is a dining space with a 6-person dining table and a large kitchen island. The living room has a super comfortable sofa with a SMART TV and applications like Netflix and YouTube. A great place to relax day or night. Open the sliding doors to the balcony to let in the warm Tulum air during the day or night. Two bedrooms are beautiful warm spaces with plush hotel quality King beds in each. High-end mattresses for a feeling of ultimate luxury. Lots of closet space and there are two full bathrooms with lots of counter space and a spacious shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and secondary lock-off entrance and a mini fridge. The second bedroom has a balcony, a chair and a built-in desk. The third bedroom space doubles as an office space, it closes off to be a completely secluded office perfect for remote work. The sofa turns into a very comfortable Queen bed. The condo and apartment is brand new, luxury, super clean and has lots of amenities with a well equipped gym, roof top pool and Olympic size ground level pool. At night time, the jacuzzi really helps us to rewind. I love that the apartment has a dedicated office space where I can get work done. It is very quiet and safe in a private gated community with controlled access. The host is very professional, friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is very close to the beach just off Coba ave close to supermarket and restaurants. It offers great value as I received new booking discount, I enjoyed the stay very much! Thank you for hosting me and I had a fantastic experience.
